The grapes are grown in Rivalta (RE) using organic methods.
Processing
After a manual harvest and a gentle pressing, the must ferments without the skins, at a constant temperature of 18° C, in an environment that preserves its freshness. Bottling takes place in compliance with the lunar phases, in harmony with the rhythm of nature.
Characteristics
Sparkling white wine of the Reggio Emilia tradition, naturally fermented in the bottle. Golden color, fine and persistent bubbles, fresh and delicate taste. Alcohol content 11°.
