The grapes are grown in Rivalta (RE) using organic methods.
Processing
The harvest, carried out by hand with care, is designed to enhance every nuance of quality. The pressing, sweet and delicate, takes place thanks to a cutting-edge machine that preserves the integrity of the aromas. The must rests in fermentation on the skins for about 15 days, extracting all its richness. Bottling takes place after a year of maturation in medium-toasted oak barrels, followed by further refinement in the bottle, to reach its full expression.
Characteristics
Still wine, bright red color with garnet hues, soft taste with a hint of wood that envelops the palate. Alcohol content 13°.

18° – 20° C
Pairings
Red meat, game, mature cheeses, also excellent for meditation. We recommend using a decanter.
