The grapes are grown in Rivalta (RE) using organic methods.
Processing
The harvest is strictly manual. The pressing is done gently through soft pressing, which preserves the aromas and fragrances. The must ferments on its skins for about 15 days. It is then aged in the bottle for at least 8 months.
Characteristics
Still wine with a lively red color, smooth taste with aromas of red fruit, rich and elegant both in structure and olfactory expression. Alcohol content: 13°.
Pairings
Aged cheeses, spiced meats, game, cold cuts. It can be served in a decanter to allow the wine to release its aromas.
